The location is fantastic, nestled in a safe area, making it perfect for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater seemed to be out of order, which left the water quite chilly. We ended up using the hot tub instead, and that was delightful! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice touch of privacy. Keep in mind this is an older house, so there are some signs of age. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were not functioning well; the freezer barely maintained a cold temperature, so our ice supply quickly melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom located downstairs in the main house, so it might not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Additionally, there's no bath or shower in the downstairs area. Overall, the pricing was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among several families.

I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. The host was very helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite sizable, they provided a thorough tour to help me get oriented. The condo was ample for my needs, perfect for one or two guests, and everything was clean and in good working order.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were thrilled to find this apartment available on short notice. The parking was a huge plus, and the property manager was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away—Starbucks, shops, and live music all within 2 minutes. While some of the furnishings show signs of use, the stunning views from the window and sliding door easily made us overlook those minor details. Highly recommend!
