We had an amazing three-week stay at this Airbnb and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was ideal for our first visit to West Palm, as everything we needed was within a short drive and some spots were even walkable from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a strong sense of security, which was a nice bonus. The property itself is a charming century-old home, featuring a lovely pool and cabana area in the backyard that we thoroughly enjoyed. The two separate 'casitas' were a fantastic perk for our larger group. The host was very attentive and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. While we noticed the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and a few of the pillows weren't the best, these were minor issues in an otherwise fantastic stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with a larger group looking for a prime location in West Palm.

Unfortunately, we had to forgo our planned barbecue day since the pool had turned green and needed some attention. Thankfully, the property manager has taken care of the issue with the pool service. The place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It offered plenty of space for everyone. While there were a few minor problems, like the hot tub needing a good clean and some flooring that could use some attention, overall it was just as advertised. I would definitely consider booking this property again in the future.
We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1 PM, hoping to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4 PM. However, we weren't able to get into the place until about 7:45 PM due to ongoing cleaning issues. Initially, we were informed that the maids would take a bit longer, and despite our requests for updates, it seemed like there was a lack of communication. When we finally entered, we discovered there had been a plumbing problem, and workers were still doing repairs. The noise and mess, including a toilet and sink left in the kitchen, made our stay quite unpleasant. We reached out to discuss a possible refund for the inconveniences but never received a follow-up. Overall, quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider returning to this rental.
