I would give the host a full five stars for their exceptional service, but there were a few issues with the unit that affected my stay. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host was quick to arrange for its repair. Additionally, one of the tubs could have used a better cleaning, and the towels weren't up to par. It's worth mentioning that the owner should consider upgrading them.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it perfect for our family vacation. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater didn't seem to work, so we ended up using the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are cozy, providing some privacy when needed. Just a heads up, the property does show its age, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t functioning well; the freezer wasn’t freezing properly, so we couldn’t keep ice, and everything melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which could be an issue for those with mobility concerns, especially since there aren't any bath facilities on that floor. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among multiple families.
The owner was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any queries we had. They went above and beyond to accommodate everyone at the event, ensuring a smooth stay for all. The studio was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a delightful experience. Access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, providing much-needed relaxation after long days on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
We arrived around 1:00 pm and had planned to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that it would take a little longer as the cleaning crew was still wrapping up. After waiting until 5:49 pm for an update, we inquired again, but received no response. By 7:02 pm, we asked for another status update and were told the host would get back to us. We finally got access at around 7:45 pm, only to find that there had been a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 pm, and unfortunately, the used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. We never received an apology or any attempt to remedy the situation. When I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and inconveniences, I was told the owner would need to be consulted, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This Airbnb is simply outstanding! We spent a month here and loved every moment. The location couldn't be better—less than 10 minutes from the airport, yet it's so quiet. It's just a quick 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options, and the beach is only a 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a vehicle to explore the area. The host was phenomenal, making everything so seamless. Whenever we had a minor issue, they promptly arranged for someone to come over and resolve it right away. This rental is spacious, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we required. The neighbors in the building were friendly, and we particularly enjoyed hanging out by the pool. When there was a mix-up with our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple listings, they demonstrate exceptional reliability and professionalism. We highly recommend this property and the host's other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.
