The location of this property is fantastic, but the building itself shows some signs of age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and a few pieces of furniture seemed a bit worn, especially with some peeling on the leather. Overall, I enjoyed my time here; it was a cozy place in a prime area, despite a few minor issues.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, as the bed can be configured either as two twins or a king. The location is ideal, with easy access to all the local attractions. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, featuring a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom has been tastefully updated with nice features like a dimmer switch for the lighting. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living areas along with great air conditioning to keep things comfortable. The closet is organized with a smart shelving system for ample storage. Guests have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is convenient. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of minor concerns that came up during our stay. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this host again in the future.
