They personally greeted us upon our arrival, making everything straightforward. The host also shared great insights about the local area. The location was exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic; you can't beat it! However, the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture has seen better days with peeling upholstery. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in a cozy place with a prime spot, but there are definitely a few areas that could use some attention.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be more ideal for our first visit to West Palm Beach; we were thrilled with our choice. Almost everything we wanted to do was within a quick five-minute drive, and some places were even within walking distance, which was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. This charming property is over a hundred years old and has a fantastic pool and cabana area in the back, perfect for relaxing. The two 'casitas' are fantastic additions for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. If I had to suggest improvements, a new washer/dryer and more comfortable pillows would be great. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're traveling with a large group and seeking a prime location in West Palm.
