The location of the rental was quite a bit farther from the convention center than I anticipated (about a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive). The room itself was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a small couch, and a tiny table. Additionally, the shower was out of order and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which was more than $300, I found it to be unreasonable for what was offered. Thankfully, I received a full refund as per Airbnb’s policy, but I do hope future guests see a more competitive price along with improved facilities.

We were thrilled to find this gem for a last-minute getaway! The apartment is fantastic with convenient parking, and the host was incredibly accommodating. It's just a short stroll to all the essentials like Starbucks, great shops, and vibrant live music. While some furniture, like the couch, shows a bit of wear, the breathtaking views from the windows more than make up for it. Overall, a wonderful stay!
