This rental was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal spot. The apartment complex featured a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the interior looked a bit different from the photos, but it wasn't a significant issue.
We had an AMAZING last-minute getaway at this place! The location is fantastic, with parking available and a super helpful host. Everything we needed was just a short stroll away – only a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. Some of the furnishings, like the couch, show a bit of wear, but the incredible view from the windows more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this spot!
The host truly deserves five stars for their exceptional service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that were beyond the host's control. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was faulty, but the host arranged for a quick repair. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness. I also think the towels could be upgraded, as they weren't the best quality. Overall, I had a great stay!
This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfectly cozy for solo travelers, couples, or even friends since the bed can be configured as two twins or a king. The location is superb with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring a stove, refrigerator, and stylish sink with a sleek countertop. The bathroom also boasts modern renovations and some nice touches, like a dimmer for ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans to ensure comfort alongside the excellent air conditioning. The closet is thoughtfully organized with racks and bars, providing ample storage space. There's convenient access to shared laundry facilities and off-street parking, which is a bonus if you need extra space since the main house is also available for rent. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and handled a couple of minor issues promptly. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this host again.
The property was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive. The room itself was quite small, just enough for two with a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Considering the location and facilities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, Airbnb's policy allowed for a full refund, but the rate of over $300 seemed unreasonable for what was provided. I hope the owner considers offering a more competitive price and additional facilities in the future.
