I had to book a last-minute business trip to West Palm and required a comfortable place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and made sure to reach out to me as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite sizable, the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless throughout my stay.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it a perfect choice for our family getaway. The space was spacious enough for multiple families to enjoy together. While the pool was pleasant, we found the heater wasn't functioning, which made it a bit too chilly for swimming; however, we loved relaxing in the hot tub! The small guest studios by the pool offer good privacy options when needed. Keep in mind that the property is older, so you'll notice some wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer had issues, as the freezer was only slightly colder than the fridge, leaving us without ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there is just one bedroom on the ground floor, which could be a concern for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, there isn't a bath or shower available in the main house's downstairs area. Overall, given the reasonable price when shared among several families, it was a suitable option for our trip.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This apartment was a fantastic last-minute find. The convenience of having parking and being within walking distance to all the essentials was a major plus. Just a short 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues made it even better. While some items in the apartment show signs of wear, especially the couch, the stunning views from the windows quickly made us forget any minor imperfections. Highly recommend!

The host was incredibly quick to respond to our inquiries and made sure all our needs were met during our stay. Managing the demands of a group of 16 isn't an easy task, but they handled it with such professionalism. Communication was key, and they were excellent in that regard. The property matched the description perfectly. We did encounter a small issue with the oven not functioning, but the host responded promptly to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was operational, and since we were only in town for a wedding, we didn’t require extensive cooking. We truly appreciated the kind gestures from the host that added a special touch to our visit. A heartfelt thank you from us! We will certainly consider properties managed by them in the future.
