This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for individuals, couples, or even friends traveling together, thanks to the flexible bed arrangement that can either be a king or two twins. The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions within easy reach in WPB. I appreciated the updated kitchen, which features everything you need, including a stove, fridge, and new countertops. The bathroom is nicely renovated as well and includes thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Both the bedroom and living area are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort, alongside the effective air conditioning. I found the closet space well-organized, offering ample storage options. Access to a washer and dryer along with off-street parking is also a plus, even though they are shared with the main house, which is another rental unit if you need extra space. The property manager was prompt and helpful when we had a few minor questions. All in all, this rental met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking it again.

We enjoyed a fantastic bach getaway with 11 friends at this lovely house. It was spotless and exactly as advertised. Getting to bars and restaurants was easy with a quick Uber ride! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. A wonderful spot for a group trip!

The property is quite a distance from the convention center - around a 30-minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. The room was smaller than expected, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a small table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functioning, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the facilities, the price seems quite excessive. Fortunately, I was able to get a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but paying over $300 feels unreasonable for what was offered. I hope they reconsider their pricing and enhance the amenities in the future.
