The owner was incredibly helpful, always quick to address any questions or requests I had. I truly appreciated their efforts in accommodating many guests for DWD who needed last-minute places to stay. The studio itself was beautifully designed and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable visit. Having access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, providing relief for my legs after long hours on my feet. I look forward to returning in the future!

We had an amazing weekend getaway with a group of 11 for a bachelorette party. The home was just what we needed—spacious, tidy, and exactly like the photos! It was a quick Uber ride to all the nearby bars and restaurants we were excited to visit. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our questions. Overall, a fantastic rental!
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to a sudden emergency evacuation, but the owner was very understanding and processed my refund promptly. I really appreciate their professionalism in this situation.

I would give the host five stars solely based on their helpfulness and dedication. They promptly addressed a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which was impressive. However, I did notice that one of the tubs could have used a bit more attention during cleaning. Additionally, the towels provided weren't the highest quality. It might be a good idea for the owner to look into updating them for a better guest experience.
Our family had a wonderful time staying here! It was the perfect gathering place for all of us. I highly recommend this rental, but do check that the pool has been serviced prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue in the backyard because the pool had turned cloudy and needed maintenance. The property manager has since taken care of the issue with the pool service. The owner was fantastic and quick to respond to all our questions. Truly a great experience!
This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the high-priced rental options in West Palm Beach. Perfectly sized for solo travelers, couples, or friends who don’t mind sharing (the bed can convert into two singles or a king). Its central location makes exploring WPB very convenient. The fully updated kitchen comes with a stove, fridge, and modern countertops and sink. I appreciated the renovated bathroom, especially the thoughtful addition of a dimmer switch. The air conditioning works wonders, but the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area were a great bonus as well. The closet is well-designed with plenty of storage options. There’s a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking available, which is a nice touch if you need extra space in the main house. The host was responsive and promptly addressed a couple of minor concerns we had. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I would happily stay here again.
