I would give the host a perfect five stars just for their outstanding service, but there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host promptly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the tubs wasn't as clean as I had hoped, and the quality of the towels could definitely be improved. The owner should consider replacing them.

Our work trip was greatly enhanced by this fantastic property. The spacious layout and comfortable, clean beds made our stay very enjoyable. The two additional rooms located in the back were a wonderful feature, allowing everyone their own private bathrooms. We really appreciated the pool area, which, although required some cleaning due to the nearby foliage, was a delightful spot to relax when the weather permitted. The gentle sound of the pool's waterfall at night created a tranquil atmosphere. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and offered a sense of security; we even took a nice evening stroll to the nearby Publix. Its prime location near Clematis St and City Place ensured we had easy access to numerous dining options and the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to assist with any inquiries we had. We will certainly look to book this place again in the future if available.

The studio was beautifully designed, equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a fantastic bonus, perfect for relaxing my legs after long hours of standing. I would definitely love to return!

Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals. We were grateful for the thoughtful touches and unexpected extras provided by the host – a big thank you for that! We had an amazing time at this property with a group of 11 for a bachelorette getaway. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a quick Uber ride to all the bars and restaurants we wanted to visit! The host was incredibly responsive and quite accommodating. A fantastic choice for our trip!
