The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood which made for a worry-free stay. It was a great setting for our family's getaway. While the pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn’t operational, we enjoyed the hot tub which was a nice alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer good privacy if needed. Do keep in mind the house is older, so there are some signs of wear and tear. Additionally, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer barely chilled and our ice melted quickly. The stairs can be tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility issues as there's no bath or shower available on that level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when sharing costs with other families.

The host was wonderful and the apartment was in excellent condition. It had a modern design, was very clean, and exuded a sense of spaciousness. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely.
