Entire rental unit. Spacious 4-Bedroom Duplex Just Steps from Downtown Excitement

The host was incredibly accommodating. Despite our flight being delayed, they made sure to be there when we finally arrived to help us settle in. We truly appreciate all the effort put into making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent host

We had a fantastic stay here while on a work trip. The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided everyone with their own private bathrooms, which was a great feature. The pool area was a lovely addition, surrounded by trees, so we did need to use the nets to keep it tidy, but we still enjoyed a refreshing swim when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was a nice bonus. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took nice evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, offering a variety of bars, restaurants, and easy access to the beach. The host was attentive and quick to respond to our needs. We would absolutely consider returning if the property is available again in the future.

After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we were fortunate to find this place. The owner was incredibly quick to respond and had us booked within a day. They met us on arrival, provided a thorough tour of the property, and encouraged us to contact them if we required anything. Their recommendations for local beaches, dining, and activities were spot on. Overall, a fantastic stay!
