Entire rental unit. Tampa Heights Retreat Near General Hospital

We arrived at the property around 1:00 pm after our flight, hoping to grab a bite to eat before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived back at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. Following several inquiries, we finally got access around 7:45 pm after waiting for almost four hours. Unfortunately, we discovered that there was ongoing work in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak, with workers tiling the floor until about 9:30 pm. To add to our discomfort, they left used fixtures, including a toilet and sink, in the kitchen throughout our stay. We didn’t receive any apologies from the property manager, and when I inquired about a partial refund for the delay and inconveniences, I was told they would need to consult the owners and I never received a follow-up. Overall, our experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn’t consider renting from this property again.
