Our family had a wonderful time staying in this home. It was the perfect gathering spot for everyone to come together and enjoy each other's company. I highly recommend this rental, but I suggest checking on the pool's condition before you arrive. We had to skip our planned barbecue by the pool because it had turned green and needed treatment. Fortunately, the owners took care of the issue with the pool service promptly. The property manager was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Truly a fantastic host!

This guesthouse is a fantastic value in the somewhat pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s perfect for individuals, couples, or friends traveling together since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The location is conveniently situated near various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a new range, refrigerator, and sleek countertops. The bathroom also features modern upgrades and includes thoughtful elements like a dimmer switch. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with reliable air conditioning, it stays comfortable even in the heat. The closet has a well-organized shelving and hanging system that offers ample storage space. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is a plus. The host was very responsive and dealt with a couple of small issues swiftly and kindly. Overall, the property met our expectations and I would definitely consider booking with this host again.
