The location couldn't be better, situated in a safe area perfect for families. We had a lovely time here as it provided ample space for our gathering. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn't operational, which made it a bit too chilly for our liking. Thankfully, we made great use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool were compact but offered a nice sense of privacy when needed. It's worth noting that the house shows some age, so don't be surprised by a bit of wear and tear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning properly; the freezer barely kept things cold enough for ice, so our ice packs melted quickly. Also, the stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility challenges since there’s no bath or shower on that level. However, considering the price for the area, it turned out to be a reasonable option for our multi-family vacation.
The owner was wonderful and the apartment was in excellent condition. It had a beautiful design and was spotlessly clean and organized. My mother enjoyed her stay here immensely.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my reservation due to a last-minute emergency, but the host was incredibly understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and kindness during such a stressful time.
The host came to our rescue around 10 PM after we discovered that our prior Airbnb was not ready for us, even though we had checked in. We were so relieved to find a clean and welcoming apartment at such short notice. Everything went smoothly during our stay!

Everything you could want is just a short stroll away - a 2-minute walk to Starbucks, shopping, and even live music venues. While some aspects of the apartment, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding glass door easily make you forget about those minor details.

We had a fantastic time celebrating my sister's bachelorette weekend at this property! It was a perfect fit for our party of 13, offering plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to enjoy. The two guest houses provided a nice balance of togetherness and privacy. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and made for some unforgettable photos. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and provided great support during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to host a large gathering!
