Upon our arrival, our flight touched down around 1 PM, and we were excited to grab a quick meal before checking in at the designated time of 4 PM. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, which delayed our check-in. After waiting, we reached out for an update at 5:49 PM and again at 7:02 PM, but it wasn’t until nearly 7:45 PM that we were finally allowed to enter the property. To make matters worse, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and maintenance was busy tiling the floor until 9:30 PM. The workers even left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen, which was quite unpleasant. There was no apology or effort from the host to rectify the situation, despite my request for a partial refund due to the late check-in and the ongoing issues. I was told they would consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. This experience was quite disheartening, and I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

What an amazing last-minute getaway! This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. It comes with convenient parking, a fantastic owner who was very accommodating, and is within walking distance to all the essentials. Just a short 2-minute stroll to Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some elements, like the couch, show signs of use, the breathtaking view from the window makes any minor imperfections easy to overlook.
The owner was wonderful and their apartment was spotless. The decor was stylish, and everything was organized and neat. My mother had a delightful stay and couldn't stop raving about it.
We had a fantastic time at this property for our family reunion. It was the perfect setting to bring everyone together. I’d definitely recommend this place, but I would suggest checking the pool's cleanliness ahead of your stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool needed some maintenance and had turned green. The host has since taken care of it with the pool service. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Truly a wonderful host!
I found myself needing a place to stay for a month due to an unexpected work assignment in West Palm. The host was incredibly welcoming and made sure to stay in touch from the moment I touched down at the airport. While the building is quite large, the host took the time to show me around, and I quickly settled in. The condo itself is roomy enough for a single traveler or a couple, everything functioned well, and it was spotless upon arrival.
The property manager was incredibly attentive and promptly addressed all our inquiries. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, yet they handled it with ease! Their communication skills are top-notch, which we found to be crucial during our stay. The home was just as described in the listing. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the property manager quickly assessed the situation. We mostly used the stovetop since our visit was focused on a wedding, so it didn't hinder our plans. We truly appreciated our exchanges with the property manager, especially the thoughtful surprises they provided us. A huge thank you for making our stay memorable! We would definitely consider booking again in the future under their management.
