I would give the host a perfect five stars based on their service alone! However, the unit itself had a few issues that weren't the host's responsibility. There was a leaking faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the tubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels in the unit were not up to par. I think the owner should consider replacing them.
The host was wonderful! Extremely accommodating and quick to respond. I had a mix-up with my booking dates, and they went out of their way to assist me!

What an incredible last-minute getaway! This apartment was a fantastic choice. It includes parking, which is such a relief, and the host was exceptionally welcoming. You can easily walk to Starbucks, great shops, and live music venues in just a couple of minutes. Some aspects of the place show a bit of age, like the sofa, but honestly, the beautiful views from the window and sliding door make you forget about those minor imperfections. Highly recommend!

This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, thanks to the versatile bed setup that can be configured as twin beds or a king. Its central location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, complete with a stove, fridge, and sleek sink and countertops. The bathroom is also modernized and features nice details like a dimmer for the lights. For comfort, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, along with strong air conditioning. The closet space is impressive, equipped with an efficient system for all your storage needs. Plus, there's shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is a great perk considering the area. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor issues swiftly and graciously. All in all, this property met our requirements perfectly, and we would happily book with this host again.

The property is ideally situated in a secure neighborhood, making it perfect for a family getaway. We enjoyed the lovely pool, though we found the heater wasn't working, resulting in a chilly swim. Thankfully, the hot tub provided a cozy alternative! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer good privacy for those who need it. Keep in mind that it’s an older home, so you’ll notice some signs of aging. We had some trouble with the refrigerator and freezer, as the temperature was more like that of a fridge, and we lost a lot of ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor, which could be an issue for guests with mobility challenges since there’s no bath or shower available downstairs. Overall, the price is reasonable for the area, especially if you’re traveling with multiple families.
