We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and had a lot to offer. While a few minor upgrades could enhance the experience, we were overall very pleased with our extended visit. The location was perfect, with ample parking, a well-equipped gym, and a large pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1 PM, hoping to have some lunch before check-in at 4 PM. However, when we returned at 4, we were informed that it would take a bit longer because the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no response, we reached out again. At 7:02 PM, we inquired about the delay and were told we would receive an update. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed in until approximately 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were present, tiling the floor. The noise from tile cutting continued until around 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the inconveniences, but after being told they would consult with the owners, I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from this host again.

With a group of 16, it's no small task to meet everyone's needs, but the communication was top-notch and truly made a difference. The house matched the online description perfectly. We did encounter an issue with the oven not functioning, but the host arrived promptly to assess the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop worked fine for our needs, especially since we weren't planning on elaborate meals during our stay for a wedding. We are very grateful for the thoughtful touches and little surprises from the host. A big thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We would certainly consider booking again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this property for our work trip. The spacious rooms were not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided us with excellent extra space and privacy, each having its own bathroom which was a real bonus. The pool area was delightful, surrounded by trees, though we did need to use the nets provided to keep it clear. Still, we enjoyed swimming there during the pleasant weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool added a lovely ambiance at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, perfect for our evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place, with an abundance of bars, restaurants, and the beach close by. The property manager was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we had queries. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!
