The location was fantastic, with easy access to parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool that offered stunning sunset views each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay!
Due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, I wasn't able to stay at the property. The host was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I really appreciate their kindness during a stressful situation.
Our work trip at this rental was an absolute delight! The house was spacious with comfortable and spotless beds. The two cottage rooms in the back provided ample privacy for everyone, each with their own bathroom, which was a great touch. The pool area was lovely, and while we found some leaves needing to be cleared out with the provided nets, we had a fantastic time swimming when the weather was right. The gentle sound of the waterfall in the pool added a calming ambiance in the evenings. The neighborhood was serene and felt very safe, making evening strolls to the nearby Publix enjoyable. Plus, the location was superb—just a stone's throw from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found a variety of bars and restaurants and easy access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we had any inquiries. We would love to return here in the future!

We had a wonderful time at the owner's property. It was ideally suited for our large group, with a fantastic central location and ample room for everyone to relax.
I would give the host all five stars based on their exceptional service; unfortunately, the unit did have a few issues that weren't their responsibility. There was a faucet that was malfunctioning in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been cleaned a bit better, and the quality of the towels could definitely be improved. The property owner should consider replacing them for future guests.
Our three-week stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn't have been better for our first visit to West Palm. Everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and we even found several spots that were within walking distance from the property. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, which was a huge plus for us. This charming airbnb is a historic 100-year-old house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool and cabana area in the back. The two additional 'casitas' were perfect for accommodating our larger group. The property manager was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top-notch. The only suggestions I would make are for a new washer/dryer and upgrading the pillows, but overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in the heart of West Palm with a big group.

The location of this property is fantastic, really close to everything we wanted to see. The building is a bit dated, though. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. It would be great if the carpets could be cleaned, as they are looking a bit worn, and some furniture pieces could use some attention as well. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and found it to be a cozy spot, just a few improvements needed to make it perfect.

We had a fantastic experience at this property for my sister's bachelorette celebration! Our group of 13 fit perfectly, with ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The two guest houses gave us the right balance of privacy while still allowing us to enjoy each other’s company. The outdoor space was absolutely beautiful and provided an excellent backdrop for our photos. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large group!
