I would give the host a perfect score for their friendliness and responsiveness! However, there were a few issues with the unit itself that could use some attention. One of the faucets in the second bathroom was malfunctioning, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, I noticed that one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more cleaning, and the towels provided weren’t the softest. It might be worthwhile for the owner to consider replacing them for a better experience.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. The owner was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. The building is quite expansive, but the owner took the time to show me around, which made settling in a breeze. The condo itself offers plenty of space for one or two guests, is well-maintained, and everything functioned perfectly during my stay.
We had an absolutely amazing last-minute stay at this property! The apartment is conveniently located with parking available, making it a breeze for us to get around. Everything we wanted to explore, including Starbucks, shopping, and live music, was just a short walk away—only a couple of minutes! While some furnishings, like the couch, had a bit of wear and tear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door completely made up for it. Highly recommend this spot!
What an AMAZING last-minute getaway! This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. It comes with a convenient parking spot and the host was incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away, with Starbucks and various shops only two minutes from the door. While some aspects of the place, like the couch, show a bit of wear, the breathtaking views from the window and sliding door definitely make up for it. Highly recommend!

Our work trip was greatly enhanced by our stay here! The spacious layout and cozy, clean beds made our time very comfortable. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for providing extra privacy and having personal bathrooms was a major plus. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, and while we did need to use the nets to clear it out occasionally, it was wonderful for a refreshing swim on sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was an added bonus. The neighborhood felt safe and serene, which was perfect for evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are many bars and restaurants, plus easy access to the beach. The owner was incredibly attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions. We'd love to come back again if the opportunity arises!
The location was fantastic, and we felt very secure in the neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was pleasant, although the heater didn't seem to be operational. It was a bit chilly, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer a good level of privacy if needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show signs of age. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn’t very cold, so we were unable to freeze ice, and our ice packs ended up thawing. The staircase was somewhat tricky, and since there's only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. There isn’t a bath or shower on the main level either. Overall, the pricing is reasonable for the area, especially when shared among several families.
