The location was excellent and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family gathering. The space accommodated our group well. Although the pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't operational, we found the hot tub to be a perfect alternative! The guest studios near the pool offered a nice touch of privacy, although they're on the smaller side. Some signs of age are apparent in this older house, which is to be expected. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn't function properly, as the freezer was warmer than expected and our ice melted. The stairs could be a bit tricky, and keep in mind that there's only one bedroom on the main level, which may not work well for anyone with mobility challenges. Additionally, the main house lacks a bath or shower downstairs. However, for families sharing the cost, it was reasonably priced for the area.
