The location was fantastic, situated in a secure neighborhood which made us feel very comfortable. The property is great for families traveling together. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be malfunctioning, so it was a bit chilly for a swim. Thankfully, the hot tub was perfect for warming up! The guest studios by the pool offer a nice touch of privacy, although they are quite compact. Keep in mind that the house is older and shows some signs of wear. We also had some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer wasn’t functioning properly, which caused our ice to melt. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, making it less ideal for anyone with mobility challenges. Unfortunately, there’s no bath or shower on the main level either. However, considering we were sharing the cost among several families, it was reasonably priced for the area.
