We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm and anticipated checking in at 4:00 pm after grabbing some lunch. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 pm for any update and receiving no response, we inquired again at 7:02 pm and were told we would be informed shortly. Unfortunately, we didn't get access to the property until nearly 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there laying tiles until about 9:30 pm. To add to our frustration, they had left a used toilet and sink with a plunger just sitting in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was a clear lack of communication and no attempt to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but I was informed that the host would need to check with the owner, and I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would hesitate to book with them again.

This Airbnb was simply amazing! We spent a whole month here and loved every single second. The location couldn't be better—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any noise, and only a 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options. Plus, it's a quick 10-minute drive to the beach! It’s also just a 15-minute walk to Clematis, which features fantastic eateries and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You won't need a car to enjoy everything nearby. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless. When we encountered a minor issue, help was sent over incredibly fast, and it was resolved right away. The Airbnb itself was very cozy, spacious, and equipped with everything we required. The other residents in the building were friendly, and the pool area was a perfect spot to relax. We accidentally mixed up our checkout date, but the host went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted smoothly. With multiple listings, the host is highly reliable and attentive. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host's other properties to anyone looking for a great stay!

After multiple inquiries, it wasn’t until around 7:45 PM that we were finally able to get into the property. Upon entering, we discovered ongoing maintenance issues, including a bathroom leak that was being addressed by workers who continued cutting tiles until nearly 9:30 PM. Disturbingly, they left a toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. We never received any apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I requested compensation for the delayed check-in and the inconveniences faced, but I was told that the owner would have to be consulted, and unfortunately, I never got a follow-up. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
Our work trip brought us to this lovely property, and we were thoroughly impressed. The ample space and comfort of the beds made for a great stay. The two cottage rooms at the back provided everyone with their own bathrooms and a bit of privacy, which was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool area, surrounded by trees, though we did use the nets provided to keep it clean – it was definitely worth it for a refreshing swim when the weather was nice. The soothing waterfall by the pool added a calming atmosphere at night. The area was peaceful and felt very secure, allowing us to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. Additionally, this home is conveniently situated just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and even the beach. The property manager was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to our inquiries. We’ll certainly consider returning if the opportunity arises.
