The host was outstanding! They went above and beyond to help us with our last-minute reservation after we had to evacuate due to the hurricane.

Our work trip at this property was fantastic! The accommodation offered ample space, and the beds were not only clean but also incredibly comfortable. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided everyone with their own bathrooms, which was a great convenience. The pool area was a lovely addition; it was surrounded by trees, so we needed to use the nets provided to keep it clean, but we still enjoyed a swim when the weather was nice. The sound of the waterfall at night created a relaxing ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making evening walks to the nearby Publix enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous bars and restaurants, plus the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would certainly love to return if the opportunity arises.

While I would rate the host a perfect five stars for their attentiveness and responsiveness, unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that detracted from my experience. There was a leak in the bathroom faucet, but the host promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be great if the property manager could consider replacing them for future guests.
