The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk, or just 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side with just one double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Given the location and the overall facilities, the price felt unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space seems excessive. I hope the owner considers a more reasonable pricing strategy and adds some necessary amenities.
