The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk, or just 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side with just one double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen was lacking essential amenities. Given the location and the overall facilities, the price felt unreasonable. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund in accordance with Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space seems excessive. I hope the owner considers a more reasonable pricing strategy and adds some necessary amenities.

The host was incredibly attentive, promptly responding to all our inquiries and making sure our stay was comfortable. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it with ease and professionalism. The house was just as described, which is refreshing. The only hiccup was the oven, which unfortunately wasn't operational, but the host arrived quickly to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare large meals anyway. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches from the host and their generosity during our stay. A big thank you! We'll definitely consider booking other properties managed by them in the future.

I had to take a last-minute business trip to West Palm and needed a comfortable place to stay for a few weeks. The host was incredibly helpful and kept in touch with me right from the moment I landed at the airport. The complex is quite large, but the host kindly showed me around so I could settle in quickly. The condo itself is spacious enough for one or two guests, everything was in working order, and it was spotless upon my arrival.
