The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and only about 5 minutes by car. The room was fairly small, only fitting a double bed, a couch, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower wasn't functioning properly, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the facilities, the price felt excessive. Fortunately, I received a full refund through the Airbnb policy, but I still believe that over $300 is far too much for what was offered. I hope future guests will benefit from a more reasonable price and additional amenities.
I had a wonderful experience at this property. The location was ideal and the apartment was super cozy. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were very nice. The host was exceptionally attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely return in the future. Just a small note, the apartment looked a little different than in the photos, but it was not a significant issue.

Clear communication makes all the difference when booking an Airbnb, and this host excelled in that regard. The property matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of service, but the host promptly assessed the situation. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t need to use the oven much, as we were only preparing simpler meals on the stovetop. We truly valued our interactions with the host and were pleasantly surprised with some thoughtful extras they provided. Thank you so much! Our work trip here was fantastic! The property had ample space and the beds were incredibly cozy and spotless. The two additional cottage rooms at the back were ideal for giving everyone some privacy, complete with their own bathrooms. The pool area was a lovely bonus; while it was surrounded by trees and required a bit of maintenance with the nets provided, we still enjoyed refreshing swims during the warm weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall by the pool was a delightful touch at night. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, making our evening strolls to the nearby Publix quite enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to Clematis St and City Place where there are tons of great bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was very attentive and quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. We would love to return if the property is available again!
I had to make an unexpected trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me as soon as I landed. Even though the building is quite large, they took the time to give me a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo is quite spacious for one or two people, everything was in perfect working condition, and it was very tidy throughout.
