The only issue we encountered was with the oven, which the host quickly assessed and confirmed was inoperative. Thankfully, the stovetop was fully functional, and we managed just fine since our trip was primarily for a wedding. We genuinely appreciated the thoughtful touches the host provided that we weren't expecting—thank you so much for that! I would definitely consider booking again with properties managed by this host in the future.

The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center as indicated on the map (over 30 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by car). The room was quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Additionally, the shower facility was not functioning, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, it felt unreasonable compared to the overall quality and amenities. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I was able to receive a full refund, but the cost of over $300 seemed excessive for what was offered. I hope future guests can enjoy more reasonable pricing and fully equipped facilities.

Our family spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location couldn't have been better. It was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we were delighted with our choice of neighborhood. Almost everything we wanted to see was a quick drive away, and many spots were also within walking distance from the property. The area was peaceful and felt secure, which added to our comfort. This charming home is over a century old, with a beautiful pool and cabana that we loved using. The two 'casitas' offered great extra space for our large group. The host was very attentive and quick to respond, ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren’t the best, we still found this place to be an excellent choice for groups looking to enjoy West Palm Beach.
