Entire rental unit. Charming Ybor Bungalow Just Steps Away from All the Action

The host was incredibly attentive and accommodating during my three-week visit. The location couldn't have been better for exploring the area.

The host was incredibly accommodating. Despite a delay with our flight, they ensured they were there to welcome us and give us a tour of the property upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the effort made during our stay!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to enjoy a quick lunch before checking in at 4:00 PM. Unfortunately, we were informed at 4:00 PM that there would be a delay as the cleaning staff were still on site. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we reached out but received no response. At 7:02 PM, we inquired again and were told we would be updated soon. We were finally allowed to enter around 7:45 PM, only to discover there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tile until about 9:30 PM, and during this time, a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left sitting in the kitchen. There was no apology or effort made to address the inconvenience. When I asked about a possible refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, I was told they would need to consult the owners but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I would not consider booking here again.
