We had a fantastic stay for our work trip! The number of rooms was perfect for our group, and the beds were not only cozy but also spotless. Having two additional cottage rooms in the back was a huge bonus, allowing everyone to enjoy their own bathrooms. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, and while we did have to use the nets to keep it clear, we definitely enjoyed swimming when the weather was right. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added a calming atmosphere. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure. We even took evening walks to the nearby Publix. This house is conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are ample dining and nightlife options, plus the beach. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our inquiries. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!
The location of this property was fantastic, and I found it to be very comfortable during my stay. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. The property manager was attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I would definitely consider staying here again. Just a small note, the apartment looked slightly different from the photos, but it wasn't a significant issue.

We had a wonderful three-week stay at this Airbnb! The location couldn't be better. It was our first visit to West Palm, and we are thrilled that we chose this neighborhood. Most attractions were just a quick five-minute drive away, and some places were even within walking distance from the property. The area is peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise given how close it is to everything. This charming place dates back a century and has lovely features. The pool and cabana in the backyard are a highlight, and the two 'casitas' are fantastic for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. While the washer/dryer could use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, overall, it's a fantastic rental if you’re traveling with a big group and want to be in the heart of West Palm.
The host was exceptionally quick to respond to all of our inquiries and needs. Managing the preferences of 16 guests is no small feat, but they handled it wonderfully. Communication is key when booking an Airbnb, and this host excelled in that area. The property matched the description perfectly. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly came by to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was fully functional. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated some unexpected thoughtful touches they provided. A massive thank you to the host! We will undoubtedly consider properties managed by them in the future.
