This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It’s perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertop. The bathroom is also freshly renovated, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer for the lights. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans in addition to the excellent air conditioning, which kept us comfortable during our stay. The closet is well-designed with ample storage solutions. Guests can also access a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that is also available for rent if you need extra space. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns with a great attitude. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking with this host again.

The host was incredibly quick to respond and made the booking process a breeze, completing it in under 24 hours. Upon arrival, they greeted us and provided a thorough walkthrough of the house, ensuring we knew how everything worked. They were also very approachable if we needed anything during our stay. The recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and activities were spot on. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

Wonderful place to stay! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to our questions. It's conveniently located near all the essentials.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to grab a bite to eat before our check-in at 4:00 PM. However, when we arrived at the property at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM with no updates, we inquired about our check-in and received no clear response. By 7:02 PM, we followed up again, only to be told they would get back to us. Ultimately, we gained access at approximately 7:45 PM. Unfortunately, we discovered a leaking bathroom downstairs, and workers were busy tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until around 9:30 PM, leaving a used toilet and sink with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no acknowledgment or apology from the host for the inconvenience. I even inquired about a partial refund for the delayed check-in and the issues faced, but was informed that the owner needed to be consulted and never received a follow-up. This experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend staying here again.

This was a great spacious place for our group getaway. We did notice a few minor problems, such as the hot tub not being cleaned properly and a few cracks in the main floor that could use some attention. However, everything else met our expectations based on the listing. Definitely considering booking again in the future.
