The location was fantastic, nestled in a secure neighborhood, perfect for a family getaway. While the pool was lovely, the heater seemed to be malfunctioning, making it a bit chilly for swimming. Thankfully, we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios near the pool are snug but offer nice privacy when needed. Being an older home, there are some signs of age, so just be prepared for that. Unfortunately, both the refrigerator and freezer appeared to be malfunctioning; the freezer barely stayed cold, resulting in our ice melting quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which I wouldn’t recommend for guests with mobility challenges. Also, keep in mind that there's no bath or shower in the main living area. Overall, considering the cost for this area, it was quite reasonable, especially when shared among several families.

This Airbnb was a fantastic choice for our extended stay. The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. Although there are a few minor areas that could use some attention, we were generally pleased with our experience. The location is very convenient, and having a dedicated parking space was a bonus. Additionally, the gym facilities and the large swimming pool offered stunning sunset views every evening.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, with a walking time of over 30 minutes and a short 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, with just a bed for two, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price, which felt excessive compared to the quality and location, it's hard to recommend this place. Fortunately, I received a full refund due to Airbnb's policy, but I believe the cost of over $300 was unjustifiable for what was offered. I hope the owner considers making some improvements and adjusting the pricing to reflect the current amenities.
