The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which made our stay much easier. With a group of 16 people, it's a challenge to meet everyone's preferences, but the communication was spot on. The property's description matched perfectly with what we experienced. There was an issue with the oven, but the host promptly came by to check it out and confirmed it was out of order. Fortunately, the stovetop was functional, and we didn't need to prepare elaborate meals since we were in town for a wedding. We were grateful for the thoughtful touches the host provided that we hadn't anticipated. A big thank you to the host for making our stay enjoyable! We look forward to booking with them again in the future.

We had a fantastic time at the host's property. It was ideal for our large group, situated in a central area with ample room for everyone to relax.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to have a quick lunch before the 4:00 pm check-in. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take a bit longer. After multiple inquiries, we finally got access at about 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom and construction workers were still tiling the floor, using cutting tools until nearly 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen, along with a plunger, throughout our stay. There was no apology offered, nor any attempt to rectify the situation. I requested some compensation for the delay and issues but never received any follow-up from the owner. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and I would hesitate to book with them again.
This property was perfect for gathering our family together for a memorable vacation. I highly suggest staying here, but do check that the pool has been cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool was a bit murky and required treatment. However, the management was quick to address this issue with the pool service. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Even though our flight was delayed, they ensured to be at the property upon our arrival to give us a warm welcome and a thorough tour. We truly appreciated all the effort they put in to make our trip enjoyable.
We had a fantastic work trip at this rental! The number of rooms was perfect for our team, and we found the beds to be very clean and comfortable. The two cottage rooms in the back provided great additional space and privacy with individual bathrooms. The pool area was a lovely feature; it was surrounded by trees which meant we needed to use the nets provided to keep it tidy, but we enjoyed swimming on the sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall was an added bonus in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt secure, making evening walks to Publix very enjoyable. This property is conveniently located near Clematis Street and City Place, where there's an abundance of bars and restaurants, as well as access to the beach. The host was quick to respond to our inquiries and made sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return if the opportunity arises!

They went above and beyond to accommodate everyone attending the DWD, helping many find suitable last-minute lodging tailored to their needs. The studio is beautifully designed and equipped with all the essentials for a delightful stay. Access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, perfect for rejuvenating my legs after long hours on my feet. I can't wait to return!
