Fantastic spot with an excellent location!
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to grab a quick bite and check in by 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working and it would take longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out again for information. Finally, at 7:02 pm, we were told they would keep us posted. We didn’t get access to the property until nearly 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and there were workers installing new tiles. They were doing noisy cutting work until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, they left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen for our entire stay. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience, nor any effort to rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues, but was told the owner would need to be consulted and then I never received a follow-up. It was quite disappointing and I wouldn’t consider renting from here again.
I had to make a quick trip to West Palm for work and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure to reach out as soon as I landed. The building is quite large, but the host kindly showed me around, making it easy to settle in. The condo itself is perfect for one or two people, very spacious, and everything was clean and in working order. I had a great experience.

The host came to our rescue late at night when we faced issues with our original booking at another Airbnb. We arrived to find that the apartment wasn't clean, and we were worried about where to go. Thankfully, we managed to check into this place last minute, and everything turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!

The host was fantastic! Check-in went smoothly and they were very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. The host personally greeted us at check-in and ensured everything was perfect. Their knowledge of the local area was impressive and super helpful. The location was just as described, ideal for everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend booking one of their properties; you won’t be disappointed!
2025 We were thrilled to secure a last-minute reservation for this fantastic spot! The apartment comes with convenient parking and the host made our experience so enjoyable. It’s just a short stroll to all the necessities like Starbucks, shopping, and live music venues. While some furnishings show a bit of wear, like the couch, the beautiful view from the window and sliding door quickly made us forget those small details.
