Our work trip here was fantastic! The house had more than enough space for our team, and the beds were both comfortable and spotless. The additional cottage rooms in the back provided great privacy with their own bathrooms, which was a major plus. We really appreciated the pool area; while it was surrounded by lovely trees that required occasional netting, we enjoyed refreshing swims during the nice weather. The gentle sound of the waterfall in the pool made for a serene atmosphere in the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, and we took pleasant evening strolls to the nearby Publix. This property is conveniently located close to Clematis St and City Place, offering a great selection of bars and restaurants, not to mention the beach nearby. The host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would love to return if it's available next time!
I would rate the host a solid five stars for their excellent service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that impacted my stay. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host had it repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention when it came to cleanliness. The towels provided also weren't the best quality and could benefit from being updated. Overall, a good experience but some improvements needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! It was such a serendipitous find for a last-minute booking. This apartment comes with convenient parking and the host is incredibly accommodating. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away, with Starbucks and some great shops and live music venues just 2 minutes on foot. The furniture shows some signs of wear and tear, particularly the couch, but once you take in the lovely view from the window and sliding door, those minor imperfections are quickly forgotten.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or just a short 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the price point, which felt excessive compared to the quality of the space and facilities, I was disappointed. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund as per Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 seemed unjustifiable for what was offered. I hope the property manager can consider adjusting the pricing and adding some essential amenities for future guests.
