This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often inflated rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends since the bed can be arranged as two twins or a king-size. The location is very convenient, with plenty of local attractions nearby. The updated kitchen features all the essentials like a stove, fridge, and modern countertops. The bathroom has been nicely renovated and includes some nice extras like a dimmer switch for ambiance. With ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom, along with efficient air conditioning, staying cool was never a problem. The closet is well-designed with plenty of shelves and hanging space for storage. Guests also have access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking that is shared with the main house, which is also available as a rental if more space is needed. The host was responsive and handled a few minor issues promptly and cheerfully. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider renting from this host again.
We chose this place for a work trip and it exceeded our expectations. There was ample space for everyone, and the beds were both cozy and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back were ideal for giving us that extra space along with private bathrooms. The pool area was an added bonus, surrounded by trees which meant we had to use the provided nets to keep it clean, but we definitely enjoyed swimming when the weather cooperated. The waterfall feature created a soothing ambiance at night too. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very secure, allowing us to stroll to the nearby Publix in the evenings. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, where there are numerous bars, restaurants, and access to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any queries we had. We would love to return here again if the opportunity arises.
