This property is in a fantastic location, tucked away in a safe area that was perfect for our family get-together. The space was roomy enough for our entire group, which was a plus. We enjoyed the pool, although the heater seemed to be out of service, so it was a bit too chilly for swimming. Fortunately, the hot tub was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool provide a nice touch of privacy, even if they're on the smaller side. Just a heads up, this house shows some age, so expect a few imperfections. We encountered a problem with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer felt more like a fridge, leading to some melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom downstairs, it might not be the best option for those with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower in the main living area downstairs. Overall, we found it to be a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.
We had a fantastic time during our bachelor getaway with a group of 11. The house was immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. It was just a short Uber ride away from all the bars and restaurants we wanted to check out! The owner was incredibly responsive and offered great assistance throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for any group trip!

I would give the host five stars solely based on how accommodating they were. They promptly addressed a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms, which was greatly appreciated. However, I did notice that one of the bathtubs could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. Additionally, the towels provided could use some updating. Overall, a good stay, but a few improvements would enhance the experience.
