Our work trip here was a fantastic experience! The spacious rooms and clean, comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. The two cottage rooms at the back provided great additional space, and having separate bathrooms was a big plus for our group. The pool area was lovely, surrounded by trees, though we did need to use the provided nets to keep it tidy. We still managed to enjoy some refreshing swims when the sun was out. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night added a calming atmosphere. The neighborhood felt very peaceful and safe. We even took some evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It was conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are loads of bars and restaurants, plus easy access to the beach. The owner was incredibly responsive to our needs and questions. We certainly hope to return in the future if it’s available.

Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and they handled it exceptionally well! Communication is key when it comes to vacation rentals, and the host excelled in that area. The property description was spot on, making it easy to settle in. Unfortunately, the oven wasn't functioning, but the host came over promptly to check it out and confirmed it was out of order. Luckily, the stovetop was operational, and since we were mostly in town for a wedding, it didn't hinder our plans. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras provided by the host, which added a nice touch to our experience. A big thank you for everything! We will certainly consider renting from this property manager again in the future.
The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all my queries. They went above and beyond to assist several guests, especially those needing last-minute accommodations for DWD. The studio is well-appointed and has all the amenities required for a wonderful stay. I especially appreciated the pool, which was perfect for relaxing my legs after long days. This guesthouse is a fantastic option in the pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It’s a cozy spot that works perfectly for an individual, a couple, or even two friends, thanks to the adaptable bed setup. The location is ideal for exploring everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is newly refurbished with a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop and sink. The bathroom has seen some great updates too, with nice little details like a dimmer switch for the lights. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom to ensure a comfortable stay, along with efficient air conditioning. The closet offers plenty of storage with a clever arrangement of racks and hanging space. You also get access to a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking, which is convenient. The host was very responsive and handled a couple of minor issues we encountered with ease. All in all, the property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 PM, hoping to have some lunch before our 4:00 PM check-in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update, we reached out and received no response. It wasn't until 7:02 PM when we inquired again that we were told they would provide another update. Eventually, we were allowed to enter the property around 7:45 PM, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and that workers were still tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM, and to make matters worse, a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, were left in the kitchen for our entire stay. We never received an apology or any effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a refund for the delayed check-in and the issues we encountered, I was informed that they'd have to discuss it with the owners, but I never heard back. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I would not consider renting from this host again.
Fantastic Airbnb spot! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. While a few minor adjustments would enhance the experience, we were overall pleased with our extended stay. The location is ideal, featuring ample parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool that offers breathtaking sunset views each evening.

We had a wonderful time at this property, perfect for our family gathering! I highly suggest booking this place, but do check that the pool has been properly maintained before you arrive. We unfortunately had to skip our planned barbecue day since the pool needed some attention and had turned a bit murky. However, the issue was quickly addressed by the property manager. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our questions. A fantastic experience overall!
