This vacation rental exceeded our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every single moment. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute trip from the airport without any airport noise, a brief stroll to a variety of shops and eateries, and only a quick 10-minute drive to the beach. It's also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we enjoyed fantastic dining options and the best farmers market on Saturdays. You really don’t need a car to enjoy all the local attractions. The host was outstanding, making everything incredibly straightforward. When we encountered a small issue, they had someone come by immediately to resolve it. The space itself was cozy, roomy, and had all the amenities we required. The neighbors were friendly, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to assist us. With multiple listings and a commitment to guest satisfaction, we wholeheartedly recommend this rental and the host’s other properties to anyone looking for a great getaway!

I would give the host five stars just for their exceptional hospitality alone. However, there were a few minor issues with the unit that need addressing. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host promptly took care of it. Also, the cleanliness of one of the tubs could use some improvement. Lastly, the towels provided weren’t up to par and should definitely be replaced by the owner.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it ideal for our family gathering. The space accommodated multiple families well. While the pool was enjoyable, it was unfortunately a bit chilly due to the heater not functioning. We made good use of the hot tub, which was a relaxing alternative! The guest studios near the pool provided a nice touch of privacy, although they are quite compact. Keep in mind that the property has some age, so you might notice a few cosmetic issues. The refrigerator and freezer were not operating correctly, as the freezer barely kept things cold, leading to melted ice bags. The stairs can be tricky and with only one bedroom on the ground floor, I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with mobility concerns, especially since there's no bathing facility downstairs. Overall, the price was reasonable for the area when shared among several families.

Wonderful stay in a fantastic area!
I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was cozy and ideally located. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were a nice touch. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely return. Just a small note, the apartment appeared a little different from the photos, but it wasn't a big deal.
We arrived on a flight around 1:00 pm and planned to grab some lunch before our check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when that time came, we were informed that the cleaning team was still working. By 5:49 pm, after no updates, we inquired about the status, and still received no response. After multiple attempts to get an update, we finally got access around 7:45 pm. Upon entering, we discovered a leak in the downstairs bathroom which led to workers tiling the floor late into the evening. They were cutting tile until around 9:30 pm, and unfortunately left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology from the host to acknowledge the inconvenience. I reached out about possibly receiving some compensation for the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, but was told the host would need to check with the owners and I never heard back. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't choose to rent from this property again.
