This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricy short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as twins or a king. Its location is ideal, allowing easy access to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops for a pleasant cooking experience. The bathroom is also newly renovated, with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch that adds a nice touch. To keep cool, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus effective air conditioning. Storage is fantastic thanks to a well-organized closet system. Guests can also enjoy shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is convenient, especially if you need more room since the main house is also available for rent. The owner was very responsive to our needs and addressed a couple of small issues promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, which was a big plus for our family getaway. The space accommodated our group well, although we did run into a couple of issues. The pool was lovely, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t operational during our stay. Luckily, we made the most of the hot tub, which was a nice retreat! The guest studios by the pool, while on the smaller side, offered a good level of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the property does show its age with some signs of wear and tear. We faced some trouble with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer was only slightly cold, leading to melted ice packs. Additionally, the stairs were a bit tricky, and for anyone with mobility challenges, be aware that there's only one bedroom located on the first floor of the main house, and no bath or shower facilities there. Overall, given the price and the ability to share costs across several families, it was a decent option for our trip.
