While my experience with the host was fantastic and deserves a full five stars, the property itself had a few issues that need addressing. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms, but the host was quick to arrange for repairs. Additionally, I noticed one of the bathtubs could have been cleaner. The towels provided were also not the best quality and could use an upgrade. I believe the owner should consider making these improvements for future guests.
The location of the rental was quite far from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room was rather small, featuring just a double bed, a couch, and a little table. Unfortunately, the shower was not functional and the kitchen lacked essential amenities. Considering the location and facilities, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, I was able to get a full refund in line with Airbnb's policies, but paying over $300 felt unreasonable given what was offered. I hope that a more reasonable rate and better facilities will be provided in the future.

It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can easily be arranged as twins or a king. Its location is ideal, allowing easy access to various attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, refrigerator, and modern sink and countertops for a pleasant cooking experience. The bathroom is also newly renovated, with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch that adds a nice touch. To keep cool, there are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus effective air conditioning. Storage is fantastic thanks to a well-organized closet system. Guests can also enjoy shared access to a washer and dryer as well as off-street parking, which is convenient, especially if you need more room since the main house is also available for rent. The owner was very responsive to our needs and addressed a couple of small issues promptly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting from this owner again.

The pool was lovely, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t operational during our stay. Luckily, we made the most of the hot tub, which was a nice retreat! The guest studios by the pool, while on the smaller side, offered a good level of privacy when needed. Keep in mind that the property does show its age with some signs of wear and tear. We faced some trouble with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer was only slightly cold, leading to melted ice packs. Additionally, the stairs were a bit tricky, and for anyone with mobility challenges, be aware that there's only one bedroom located on the first floor of the main house, and no bath or shower facilities there. Overall, given the price and the ability to share costs across several families, it was a decent option for our trip.
