We had a great time staying at this spacious property with friends for our weekend getaway. While there were some minor concerns, like the hot tub needing a thorough cleaning and a few cracked tiles on the main floor, it met our expectations overall. The place was just as advertised and we had no significant problems. I'd definitely consider booking this place again.
I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm and needed a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly welcoming and reached out as soon as I landed. Although the building is quite substantial, the host provided a thorough tour to help me settle in quickly. The condo is well-sized for solo travelers or couples, everything was in great working order, and it was impeccably clean.
The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries. Managing the needs of 16 guests is no small feat, and they handled everything wonderfully! Communication is key when staying at an Airbnb, and the host truly excelled in that area. The property matched the description perfectly, though we did encounter an issue with the oven which unfortunately wasn't functional. The host was prompt in assessing the situation. Fortunately, the stovetop was fully operational, and since we were primarily in town for a wedding, it didn't hinder our plans. We were pleasantly surprised by some thoughtful extras provided by the host—thank you so much! We will certainly look for properties managed by them in the future.
The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it a wonderful choice for our family getaway. The space was perfect for accommodating multiple families. We enjoyed the pool; however, the heater didn't seem to function, so it was a bit too chilly for our liking. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub which was very relaxing! The guest studios near the pool are compact but provide a nice option for some seclusion. Keep in mind this is an older property, so some aspects show signs of aging. We experienced some issues with the refrigerator and freezer as the freezer was not freezing, leading to our ice melting. The staircase is a bit tricky, and since there is only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn't recommend it for those with mobility challenges. Also, there's no bath or shower on the main level. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially when shared among several families.

I had an excellent experience at this property, which was perfect for gathering my family all in one location. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, but it's wise to check that the pool is clean before you arrive. We were unable to enjoy our planned backyard barbecue day because the pool was a bit cloudy and required treatment. The property manager has since taken care of the issue with a pool service. The host was fantastic and very quick to respond to our inquiries. Truly a great host!
I would give the host a full five stars based solely on their excellent service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that impacted my stay. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host was quick to have it repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.
This is a fantastic Airbnb! The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable. While there are a few minor upgrades that could be made, I was overall very pleased with my extended stay. The location is perfect, with easy parking available, a well-equipped gym, and a large swimming pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets each evening.
