We had a wonderful time gathering all of our family members at this lovely property. I highly endorse this rental, but do check in about the pool's condition before you arrive. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned day of grilling in the backyard because the pool wasn't in the best shape—it had turned green and required some treatment. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed by the management. The property manager was fantastic and very quick to respond to any questions we had. An excellent experience all around!
This property was perfect for gathering our family. I strongly recommend this rental, but be sure to check that the pool is cleaned prior to your stay. Unfortunately, our backyard barbecue was postponed due to the pool getting cloudy and needing some treatment. The issue has since been taken care of by the management. The owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Fantastic experience overall!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a quick lunch before check-in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still working, which delayed our entry. After waiting until 5:49 pm without any updates, we reached out again for information. Unfortunately, we were told to just wait a little longer. We finally got access around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers were in the midst of tiling the floor. They were still cutting tiles well into the evening, which was quite disruptive. To make matters worse, we found a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen throughout our stay, along with a plunger. We felt there was a lack of communication and no effort from the host to make amends for our inconvenience. I inquired about a potential refund for the late check-in and other issues but never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider booking with this host again.
The location is fantastic, but the building shows its age. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The carpets could use a thorough cleaning, and some furniture pieces are in need of repair, especially with the peeling upholstery. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay and found it to be a cozy spot in a great area, though it's not without its imperfections.
