We had a lovely time at this property, located in a safe and welcoming neighborhood. It’s an excellent choice for families traveling together. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater was not operational, but we enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool offered a nice sense of privacy, though they are on the compact side. Keep in mind that since it's an older house, some areas may show signs of age. We faced a minor issue with the refrigerator and freezer not functioning properly, with the freezer not getting cold enough to keep ice intact. The stairs can be a bit steep, and there’s only one bedroom on the ground floor in the main house, which might not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. Also, there’s no bath or shower in the ground level. Overall, considering the cost sharing with multiple families, it was a fair deal for the area.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. It offered plenty of space for everyone to relax. While there were a few minor concerns (the hot tub could use a good cleaning, and there are some cracked tiles on the main floor), everything else was just as advertised. I would definitely consider booking this property again.

We had an incredible last-minute getaway at this great apartment! The convenience of having parking and the fantastic property manager made our stay even better. It's just a short stroll to everything you could want, including a Starbucks, shops, and live entertainment. While some furniture might show a bit of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door quickly makes you forget about any minor imperfections.

The location is excellent, featuring a designated parking space and access to a gym, plus a large swimming pool where we loved watching the sunsets each evening.

The location is ideal—just a short 10-minute drive from the airport with no disturbances, a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Plus, it's a comfortable 15-minute walk to Clemantis where you can find delightful restaurants and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You truly don't need a car to enjoy the local attractions. The host was wonderful and made everything incredibly straightforward. Whenever we needed assistance, they promptly sent someone to help, resolving any issue without delay. The place itself was cozy, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible. With several listings available, you can trust this host completely. We highly recommend this rental and any other listings they offer!
