Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip due to an unexpected emergency evacuation. The owner was very understanding and promptly issued a refund for my booking, which I really appreciated during such a stressful time.
The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the apartment was spotless. It was beautifully decorated and had a nice, open feel. My mother had a wonderful time during her stay here.
The property was quite far from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was small (just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table) and unfortunately, the shower was not functioning properly. Additionally, there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the facilities, the price was unreasonable. I'm relieved that the Airbnb policy allowed for a full refund, but the cost of over $300 seemed excessive for what was offered. I hope the host considers adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.

The location is fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The space was perfect for accommodating several families, although we did have some issues. The pool looked inviting, but unfortunately, the heater wasn’t functioning, so we ended up using the hot tub, which turned out to be a pleasant alternative. The studios by the pool are compact, but they offered the privacy we needed. Keep in mind that the house is older, so some areas show signs of wear. We faced some trouble with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer barely chilled and our ice melted before we could use it. The staircase can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom available downstairs, I wouldn't recommend it for guests with mobility challenges. There's no bath or shower in the main living area, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, it’s a fair price for the location, especially if you are sharing costs with other families.

We were thrilled to have found this gem for a last-minute getaway! The apartment is incredibly convenient, with parking available and everything you need just a short walk away. It’s only a couple of minutes to Starbucks, shops, and great live music venues. While some of the furnishings show a bit of wear, like the couch, the spectacular views from the window and sliding door make it all worth it. Highly recommend!

If I were to rate the host alone, they would definitely earn a solid five stars. Unfortunately, the property did have a few issues that were out of the host's control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host had it repaired promptly. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more cleaning, and the towels provided were not the best quality. The owner should consider upgrading them for future guests.
