We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is fantastic and the neighborhood feels very secure. It's a perfect setup for a family getaway with plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning, but we made the most of it by using the hot tub, which was great! The small guest studios by the pool provided a nice touch of privacy when needed. Just keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of age. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator and freezer - the freezer wasn't very cold at all, so our ice melted quite quickly. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who might have difficulty with stairs, especially since there are no bathing facilities downstairs. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when split between families.
Our stay here for a work trip was fantastic! The property had ample space, and the beds were very clean and comfortable. The two cottage rooms in the back provided us with extra privacy and each came with its own bathroom, which was a great convenience. The pool area was lovely; although we had to use the nets to keep it tidy due to nearby trees, we still enjoyed swimming when the weather was nice. The gentle sound of the waterfall at night was incredibly soothing. The neighborhood itself was peaceful and felt very secure; we even took evening walks to the nearby Publix. The location is perfect, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and the beach. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely consider returning in the future if available.

This property offered a fantastic location and a roomy apartment that suited our needs perfectly. While there are a few minor updates that could enhance the experience, we were overall quite happy with our extended visit. The convenience of the spot, along with ample parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening, made our stay truly memorable.

This vacation rental is simply outstanding! We spent an entire month here and loved every single minute. The location couldn't be better—just a quick 10-minute ride from the airport (without any of the noise) and a mere 2-minute stroll to a variety of shops and dining options. Plus, it's just a 10-minute drive to the beach! It’s also an easy 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where you'll find fantastic restaurants and a vibrant farmers market every Saturday. You really don't need a car to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and made everything super convenient. Whenever we had a minor issue, they arranged for prompt assistance to resolve it right away. The rental itself was spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The other residents in the building were friendly, and we loved spending time by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the host went above and beyond to make sure the process was smooth. With so many available listings, this host is definitely someone you can trust. We highly recommend this property and their other rentals to anyone looking for a great stay.
