The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries, which was crucial given that we had a large group of 16 people. Communication was seamless, and the details shared about the property were spot on. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host promptly assessed the situation to confirm it wasn't functioning. Thankfully, the stovetop was available for our needs, and since we were there for a wedding, we didn't require extensive cooking. We genuinely appreciated the thoughtful touches the host provided, which were a lovely surprise. A huge shoutout for all the help! I would certainly consider booking again with this property manager in the future.

The location of the property was quite distant from the convention center, requiring more than a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive. The room was on the smaller side, featuring just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not working properly, and the kitchen was not equipped for cooking. Considering the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. I was relieved to receive a full refund through Airbnb's policy, but spending over $300 for this space and its facilities was not justified. I hope to see more reasonable pricing and added amenities in the future.

The location was fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood, perfect for a family getaway. We loved the spacious layout which accommodated our multi-family group well. While the pool was lovely, we noticed the heater wasn't functioning, making it a bit chilly for swimming. We opted to use the hot tub instead, which was wonderful! The guest suites near the pool offered a bit of seclusion, although they are smaller. Keep in mind that the property has some age to it, so there are signs of wear and tear throughout. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't cooling properly; the freezer couldn't freeze anything, leaving us without ice since our bags had melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main floor, so I'd recommend this place for those without mobility restrictions. It was reasonably priced for the area, especially when shared among several families.
