I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for the month. The host was incredibly accommodating and kept in touch with me right from my arrival at the airport. The building is quite expansive, but the host took the time to give me a tour, which made settling in much easier. The condo offers ample space for one or two guests, and everything functioned perfectly during my stay. Plus, it was spotless!

The accommodation was wonderful. Super cozy and ideally situated. The complex features a lovely pool and fitness center. The owner was extremely attentive and quick to respond. I would definitely return. Just a slight note, the apartment appeared a bit different from the photos, but it was nothing significant.

Our arrival was frustrating. Our flight touched down at around 1:00 pm, and we anticipated grabbing some lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at that time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working. After waiting until nearly 5:50 pm without any updates, we inquired about the status of our check-in, but there was no response. Eventually, we had to follow up again at 7:02 pm, only to be told they would provide an update. We finally got access to the property around 7:45 pm, only to discover a leak in the downstairs bathroom and workers still busy tiling the floor. The noise from the tile cutting continued until about 9:30 pm. To add to our frustration, there was a used toilet, sink, and plunger left in the kitchen throughout our stay. There was no apology or effort to rectify the situation. I even requested a partial refund due to the late check-in and ongoing issues, but was told the owner would have to review it, and I never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.
The location of the property was quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and just about 5 minutes by car. The room was on the smaller side, equipped with just a double bed, a sofa, and a small table. Additionally, the shower was not functioning properly, and there were no kitchen facilities available, which was disappointing. Given the amenities and location, the price seemed excessive. Thankfully, due to Airbnb's policy, I was able to receive a full refund, but I still feel that over $300 is too high for what this space offers. I hope that the pricing is adjusted and that more facilities are provided in the future.
