I had to make a quick work trip to West Palm and was looking for a place to stay for a month. The host was incredibly accommodating and reached out as soon as I landed at the airport. The property is quite sizable, but the host provided a thorough tour which made settling in a breeze. The condo is very roomy for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotless upon my arrival.

The location was fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood which was a big plus for us. The accommodation was perfect for our multi-family getaway. The pool was a nice addition, although it was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't working. Thankfully, we made good use of the hot tub! The guest studios by the pool offered a cozy space for some privacy, even if they were on the smaller side. As this is an older property, you should be prepared for some signs of age. We encountered issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer was more like a fridge, resulting in melted ice. Also, watch your step on the stairs as they can be a bit tricky. There's only one bedroom downstairs in the main house, so it might not be the best fit for anyone who has trouble with mobility. There was no bath or shower available in the main house's downstairs area. Overall, the price was reasonable for the location, especially when shared among multiple families.
