The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very safe, making it ideal for our family get-together. The pool was a bit too chilly for our liking since the heater didn’t seem to work, but we enjoyed the hot tub instead, which was quite pleasant! The guest studios nearby are compact but perfect for some extra privacy if that's what you need. Keep in mind that the house is older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer were having issues, as the freezer was more like a fridge, leading to melted ice. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, there’s no bath or shower on that level. Overall, it was a reasonable price for the area, especially when shared among several families.
