The studio was beautifully appointed with all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Having access to the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus, helping my legs feel refreshed after long hours on my feet. I would happily return in the future!

The property manager was incredibly accommodating. Even though our flight was delayed, they patiently waited for us and kindly gave us a tour of the home upon our arrival. We truly appreciate all the assistance provided during our stay.
We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1:00 pm, hoping to have a quick lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we arrived at the property at the scheduled time, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working and it would take longer. After several hours of waiting, we checked back at 5:49 pm and received no update. Finally, we were granted access around 7:45 pm, only to discover that there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still busy tiling the floor. They were cutting tiles for a prolonged period, which made it quite noisy until about 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, a used toilet and sink were left in the kitchen, along with a plunger. We felt frustrated by the lack of communication and any attempts to rectify the issues during our stay. When I inquired about a possible refund for the inconveniences, I was told that the host would need to consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing and I wouldn't recommend renting from them in the future.
